Welcome to Utah: The State of OER, the first conference focused on OER development and implementation across the Utah System of Higher Education. Presenters from across the state will talk about how they are using OER at their colleges and universities. The keynote speaker for the conference is Dr. Robin DeRosa, Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Plymouth State University.
